What are my rights as an landlord
If I have somebody moved in to our house, they did not pay rent or follow our rules and we have asked them to leave. What are my rights? She calld the police on us 2 days she was supposed to be moving out, we where not home so the police wanted to us to call him reg. dispute with tenant.
We have no signed contract.
Pls I need your help

If the person was initially a guest who has now "morphed" into a squatter, give her written notice that she must move out of your house by a certain deadline date or she will be regarded(and treated) as a trespasser.
If she then fails to move by the deadline, summon the police to have her arrested.
However, if this person moved into your house with the understanding that she would be a tenant, but who now is in default on the oral agreement, then you should file what's called an unlawful detainer action in the general district court to have her formally evicted.
