Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Can I sell my daughter's car without her permission if we are both on the title and I am the primary person on the title? If I can't, how do I get rid of the car if she won't pay for it?

No, you cannot as the title would not be clear without daughter's signature.

You must convince your daughter to sign over her interest to you to

allow you to dispose of this vehicle as you see fit (in the interest of preserving

her credit as well as yours).
