Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I'm trying to sell my house in Virginia and have an "agreement" (Forget the true title) with my realtor for 90 days to use him exclusively. This guy (name and company withheld) has not been communicating with whatsoever. He's also told a couple of realtors scheduling appointments to look at the house it's okay and go ahead without informing me. Do I have to wait the entire time of the agreement before I can "FIRE" him without any recourse?

Would seem to depend upon whether you can prove by a preponderance of the evidence that one or more material violations of your listing agreement has already occurred at the hands of your realtor.
