selling of real estate
i have a joint owned property with my x wife , i am paying the mortgage and she wnt agree to drop the house to a fair market price so it will sell in this market its been up for sale for a year and i am doing all the maint and upkeep,what are my options

Make sure that she starts paying one half of all costs associated with maintaining the property until it can be sold (including the mortgage unless she was absolved of this reponsibility in the divorce).
