Sharing a Driveway

I have been sharing a driveway that is on my land with my brother for over 20 years. He has moved out and is renting his property. I do not wish to share my driveway any longer. Do I have a right to stop sharing and request that he install is own driveway for his tenants?

If all of the land on which the driveway sits belongs to you and your brother has been sharing it with your permission, then you should be able to

stop the sharing anytime you choose and your brother will have to resort to other means for himself and his tenants in order to access his property.
