signed lease

the property i am leasing is scheduled for foreclosure auction in 10 days, do i have any rights? my landlord has also requested rent for the month and states she has retained an atty. and there will not be an auction of the property... Am i still responsible for the rent?

You are responsible for the rent as long as they own the property. The landlord has not yet breached the lease, and if they act so as to stop the foreclosure (by paying the mortgage, filing bankruptcy, or otherwise), they will continue to be in compliance. Once the foreclosure happens, the new owner can evict you, or enter into a new lease with you, or you both can agree to honor the existing lease.
