slip on ice

Monday,02 2009 i was out side of my apartment walking on the side walk and it was dark at night suddenly i slipped on an seen ice and i lost balance and i fell on my face with a big cut on my fore head which resulted to traumatic laceration fall slippery surface.

so what should i do and if i can have the condo administration pay my hospital bills since i can't go to work.....

You would need to prove negligence by a preponderance of the evidence on the part of the Condo Association and merely because you fell and were injured in the manner described does not necessarily prove the negligence required for you to recover damages (in my opinion).
