Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

We are a small HOA community in Northern Virginia, around 52 units. The question we have is regarding hiring HOA Management Company.

We have few bid proposal for managing the HOA administration and finance. The owner of one of the company we are interested in is the homeowner in the community.

The Company is a registered Virginia LLC and if we decide to award the HOA management contract to this company, will there will any legal problems? Or conflict of interest issue etc.
