I own a single family home,and I 'm in the process of renting the house,

and alot of my calls has been do you accept section 8? what is section

8, and what kind of benefit can I expect from renting to section 8

renters?

Section 8 housing is a special federally backed housing subsidy program for low income folks who

otherwise would have great difficulty in securing adequate housing.
