Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Surrendered Mobilehome on property I am buying...

I am buying a house on 5acres. The mother-in-law lived in a mobilehome on the property because of hardship. Due to the sale she surrendered the mobilehome to the lienholder and has moved out. Is the lienholder of the mobilehome required to remove the mobilehome or what do I need to think about?

Yes, the current owner of record of the mobile home should now be given official written notice that the mobile home must be removed from your property by a date certain(sooner rather than later)or that you will have to undertake measures to have it disposed of.

This notice should be given by no less than USPS certified mail, return receipt requested.
