Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I need to survey the boundary between myself and a neighbor. Neighbor owns 9/10th acre completely surrounded by my property except for road frontage. Neighbor is claiming 5 acres of my property is his with no evidence of it.

When I go on my own property to conduct the survey (with professional surveyor) the neighbor calls the police complaining that I am trespassing.

I need to petition the court to allow me to survey my own property unimpeded. What form do I file with the court to begin this?

Most likely by filing an appropriate petition in your local circuit court to quiet

title. (This is a situation which normally involves more than merely filing a form and should be handled by an attorney with appropriate experience in real property law matters.)
