taking possession of a double wide

we bought a double wide on 03/31/09 the people that sold it will not move they say they can stay 30 or 60 even 90 days. how long do they have before they have to move?

Assuming that there was no provision in the sale contract that would permit the sellers to stay on

in your trailer after the sale some 30 to 90 days(at their discretion, supposedly), you should be able to take possession of it immediately.

So, what's holding things up?
