Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
If a very tall tree located on Lot A falls down and large parts of it lands on Lot B, who is responsible for the clean-up costs for cutting up and removing the portion of the tree that lands on Lot B? Please assume that there were no obvious defects with the tree such that the owner of Lot A should have known that it was likely to fall.

If the fall of this tree was not reasonably foreseeable, then the
owner of Lot B must shoulder the costs of cleanup (in my opinion).
