Tax lien purchase or hud property
Yes, thank you just a question, i would like to know how i can purchase a home in the state of virginia for me and my family to live in from a tax lien sale. Or a 10,000 dollor hud home.

It's my view that one rarely is actually able to purchase and receive clear title for property at a bargain price from a tax lien sale.
As for a $10K HUD property, I have no idea.
