tennant refuses to cooperate with showing of property for sale

I have a tennant who has already been given 30 days notice to be evicted, due to no rent and the property is being put on the market.

Can I move up the eviction if the tennant refused to cooperate with the real estate agent and interfers with the showing of the property?
