If I terminate my lease tomorrow, do I have to have all my things out by tomorrow?

One normally does not terminate leases with one day's notice to the landlord,
but rather with the advanced notice requirement which is spelled out in the
lease itself, which is usually 30 or 60 days advance notice.
Therefore, I will have to assume that you are somehow misinformed regarding your right to terminate your lease with one day's notice and in fact you will not be vacating your rental unit by tomorrow nor having to remove your property out by tomorrow.
