Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I need help getting out of a timeshare contract that is scheduled to end in July 2016. It's a contract that I purchased in July 1997 for 20 weeks (1 week per year of vacation time with Club Land'or) for $5695 which since has been paid for few years back. The maintenance back in 1997 started out at $489 per years. For the past 3-4 years, I am now paying around $960-$980 and continues to go up. Seems like every year or two I get hit with special assessment fees for renovations. This year, they said the board has approved a special assessment increase which add additional $699 on top of my unpaid maintenace fees. I can't afford this. I need help. How can I get out of this contact? I need legal professional to review my contract and let me know how they can help.

Thanks,

Danny

Well, contact such local legal professional for a consultation to review your contract and the relevant facts surrounding its execution and then see what this person may come up with for you in the way of viable options(if any).
