Title Held
Refinancing my home, purchased prior to my marriage so it is titled in my maiden name. I am legally divorced but kept married name because of my child. Can I keep title to my home in my maiden name?

That would likely be up to your lender which may require your current name for purposes of being able to conduct a thorough credit check for your refinance as well as for other reasons.
