Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

yes,

Our town and surrounding county has put city water and sewer

in front of private residences, and declared that we will be charged $24 a month

whether we use it or not. WE never asked for it nor do we want to hook up to it.

We like our own well water supplies. Can the county Force its citizens to Pay even if they do not want it? Several people have tried to complain and fight it,

to no avail.

The County says that the only way they can keep there Millions in Government funding is if they charge us $24 a month. My Question , is ...is there any legal

Rights The Citizens have concerning this? and can a group of Citizens sue the County for Forcing us to pay even though we refuse there water and sewer.

We live in Carroll ,county , Va 24343 Thank you, Irene Addiss

Sure, you could sue the county, but would be unlikely to prevail on these facts(in my opinion).
