Tree Limb

If my neighbor hires a tree service to trim tree limbs hanging over his property from a tree growing on my property, must I pay for the service.

No, unless, perhaps, the tree is in imminent danger of falling and damaging his property and this neigbor has requested that you take the appropriate action to abate the perceived danger and you have refused.
