Trustee Sale on House Under Contract

In Virginia, what happens to a house, that was a short sale. But has a contract on it.

But is also has a Trustee Sale imminent.

Will the original contract become null and void, at the Trustee Sale , or is it still legally binding?

Re: Trustee Sale on House Under Contract

Each of the lien holders would likely be paid from the proceeds of the trustee's sale in the order of each's respective seniority, including the one holding the original contract. No valid debt arising from a contract associated with the property is likely to become "null and void" irrespective of the auction of the property although it might never be fully or even partially paid.
