Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

What type of lawyer do I need?

We have a dispute with our HOA on terminology in our deeded covenents regarding use of our property. We have 5 ac and have ATV that are legal in our covenents if riden on our property. Wording is not clear and leaves a grey area for interpretation. Bottom line, we need to know what kind of lawyer to see to get clarification on our property rights. Please respond.
