Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

VA Foreclosure

I was on ADSW orders and unable to make mortgage payments, however, the VA did not contact me, and instead they foreclosed my property and removed 22 years worth of furniture and personal belongings from my home. Wells Fargo has acknowledged this was a mistake and worked with me on making mortgage payments, however, I am receiving no response from the VA Office, which is who ordered the removal a belongings from my property. I need assistance on this immediately. I have been trying to run this to the ground for over 30 days straight. Thank you for whatever advice you may be able to assist me with.

Re: VA Foreclosure

You should take the paperwork showing that you've worked things out with the mortgagor(Wells Fargo)to the VA office which ordered the foreclosure and

ask to speak with someone in the section which handles the foreclosures of these kinds of VA backed mortgages.

If you should need further assistance, contact the offices of your congressional representatives.
