How does a VA POA file a property lien after receiving judgement in court for unpaid assesments?

Go to the circuit court (land records) in the locality where the property is located and tell the clerk that you want to record a lien against it and bring with you

an abstract of the judgment. The clerk should then be able to guide you through the process without committing UPL, i.e., the unauthorized practice of law.
