Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia
Is there any way by which I can verify the genuineness of a notary who appears on the face of the document to have attested the document. The notary who has attested the documents is from common wealth of virginia.

Notarial signatures/stamps are normally considered genuine
on their face without further probing. Why should your case be
considered any different?
