How much excemption does this law allow me in the State of Virginia against creditors. The cost of the kit and filing fee are $34.00. How much is the excemption--I have read that the law changed recently. Thank You, Sincerely,

Kit? This should be done by a lawyer. If you screw it up, you lose the exemption.
