Under Virginia Real Estate Law, is it the Seller's responsibility to obtain a Termite Inspection of the home?

No, there is no such responsibility incumbent upon the seller of real property

in the Commonwealth. (It is, however, a task alloted to the prospective buyer

of such property to make appropriate inquiry about.)
