Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

While walking my property line a couple of weeks ago I noticed that my neighbor has not only cut down a couple of trees on my property but he has also expanded his parking area and is now parking on my property. I'm looking for suggestions on how to approach this situation with my neighbor.

So, what's going on; could this neighbor be confused about where the

line falls between your two properties?
