Wife wants to come home

My wife and i took seperate places in aug. she took a apartment and i stayed home she sighed a year lease not planning on coming home.now we have made up and the landlord wont let her vacate the premises and im probaly gonna be gone in the military in feb.He said if i was on the lease he could let her leave in feb but no other way. If we dont move now we wont have a marriage in feb.

First, the landlord can't keep her from leaving, but he can hold her liable for the rent. If you are active duty military and sign the lease, you may be allowed to cancel it under either the terms of the lease or under the Soldiers & Sailors Civil Relief Act. Before you sign anything, though, have a lawyer review it (you JAG office should be able to help you, particularly with regard to your rights under the SSCRA).
