Winfall law.

An ice storm caused several limbs from trees on my property to fall on the neighbor's property. Does the neighbor have a right to toss the limbs onto my property?

If the limbs were attached to your trees in such a manner that their fall upon your neighbor's property was foreseeable, you're fortunate that, apparently, no damage was done to your neighbor's property who, in the event that that had actually occurred might now be throwing damage assessments your way instead of dead tree limbs.
