Could I withdrawal my name early from lease with a replacement?

Three roommates and I have signed a lease agreement for one year however I am not living in the apartment because me and the roommates have many conflications after I have signed the lease and I don't want to live with them anymore. Could I take my name out of the lease at six months earlier with another replacement? Having another person take over the lease that actually lives in the apartment. THanks.

You could sublet to another tenant only if the

current lease that you're operating under allows for this.

However, even under this arrangement, your name

still remains on the lease till its termination.
