Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I won a settlement against an old landlord in Feb '10, she has since foreclosed on the property and moved to TX. In the settlement she was to pay me the amount won plus 6% interest. What is my next step in making her pay what she owes??

If this former landlord has no remaining assets in the Commonwealth, your Virginia settlement would need to be enforced in the state of Texas.
