What do I have to do to have my soon to be x wife removed from the owndership of our home if she is willing to sign a release?

If this property is still subject to a mortgage, you will likely need to refinance it
in your name only and if she's on the deed, then at the very least the two of you will likely need to jointly execute quitclaim deeds valid in the Commonwealth for conveying your respective jointly held interests to you only which then must
be properly recorded in the land records of the circuit court where the property is located.
