Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

Few years ago, I bought a DDA flat in Delhi using "power of attorney" papers from "known person" who rented it from me after selling it to me. Now I have come to know that "known person" has sold my flat without my permission to somebody else using fraudulent papers. Can I get back my flat? what are my options? Thanks

How do you know that given these facts that you ever actually owned this

property in Delhi, India?

Better consult with an attorney who handles real property law matters (preferably in India) and who can advise you, accordingly.
