Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

A yellow neon has opened their door for the 2nd time and dinged my car (white volvo). The first time I let it go because she has a kid- stuff happens. But now a second time and of course not a word from them or note at all. Both dings have yellow paint all over it. How can I get this lady to do the right thing and get my car fixed? This time I took pictures of her crazy parking job right next to me and the dings.

Well, send the alleged dinger a demand letter asking for compensation(after you've gotten two repair estimates) along with copies of your evidence. And, if she then ignores your demand, file your case in your local small claims court.
