Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

If am 18, I live with a man who has been arrested for sexually harrassing a 16 year old. I feel uncomfortable in my own home. If he has ever made a sexually related comment to me, can I take a restraining order out on him?

Who be this man whom you are supposedly living with who might shoot

a sexually related comment your way that might get you to thinking about

getting a civil protection order against?

If you're supposedly living with this man on a voluntary basis in the same household, I doubt that such a "sexually related comment" would be sufficient to move any court asked to review the matter to grant such an order.
