Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

on friday on way home i rcv'd call from my DM. Was asked if i was driving, said yes. said call me when you can and i pulled over. DM said i was Suspended as someone claimed they were sexually harrased. He didn't know anything more and NOT to contact store or Call ANYONE at the store, he would get back to me on Mon. Sat.I sent him E-Mail explaining I was at a loss and needed to get my Pay check. Mon.9am nothing, sent another E stating that i had 6 hours sleep in 2 days and that i didn't see how anyone could do this to me and that i was going CrAzY and my wife was heading twards a nervous brakedown! I told him that i was going to the store to get Fridays paycheck and for him to call me or meet me there. I entered store got check said hello to a few and was out of store and back on road in 1.5 minutes. Got home and had E from DM telling me that HR was going to call and that i should NOT go to store. 2 late,sent him E stating that i was there and back when he sent his E.Due to holiday it won't be till Wed. till i make Appt with HR. I have NO CLUE as to who OR why anyone would do this to me. At location 2 years and same crew most of that time! Private Co. Family owned, I WAS VERY respected! many accolades and Awards.

Unless you are working under the protection of an employment contract, your Virginia employer can terminate you at any time and for almost any reason that doesn't violate federal antidiscrimination laws.
