attempted solicitation by landlord

My landlord offered me to exchange sex for rent, he asks questions like how often do me and my boyfriend have sex. Is this sexual harassment? I have him on video. What are my options?

Probably, not to renew your lease. (You might have

a cause of action against this nosey landlord for some kind of invasion of privacy, depending upon all of the relevant facts.)
