Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

My boyfriend keeps on complaining how one of his co-workers keeps on trying to convert him to hinduism and my boyfriend is a christian so he just keeps telling to stop but he contiues to push his religion on him, im trying to figure out wither or not this a matter of he just needs to tell his suporvisor or take legal action if nothing changes

Take it up with the supervisor, if he wants, but he had best forget about "legal action" which likely would go exactly nowhere. (Proselytizing is neither a tort nor a crime in the Commonwealth.)
