How do I know when I have a case?

Hello, I work for a furniture company in VA. Here recently I recieved a Promotion from sales person to visual merchandiser. At first I was thrilled and didn't think why or how I got the position. Soon after I noticed that the president of the company was being extra friendly with me. Which quickly turned in to unwanted touching, and unwanted comments made to me. I wanted to know how far it has to go before I can sue him for sexual harassment? And what sort of documentation I have to keep in order to sue him successfully. Thank you

can make all the difference. As to exactly how much of such documentation is necessary in order to ensure success with your case, there is no easy way to instruct you on that particular point.
