Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

i work at a comm college and i work in one blding and this co worker works in the other blding.He delivers the mail here and i just filed a complaint againt him for harassment. Even though we dont work close together would this still be concidered a hostile work enviroment. My employer knows how this guy is so i reported the incident to human resources because my employer is not much better than this co worker is. This will probaley try to get swept under the rug. The lady in human resources gave me the feeling that she hoped i would forget about it. I think not. This guy gets away this sort of thing all the time.

Then, continue to pursue your claim. Once your

claim is submitted to EEOC and they issue you a right to sue letter, you can then retain an attorney to file your case in Federal court.
