I want to know if Virginia law allows you to use someone's criminal record in a Sexual Harassment case if the record involves kidnapping and sexual assault?

It's unclear what you mean by a "sexual harassment

case",i.e., whether you're talking about anti-stalking law under the Va. criminal code or sexual harassment conduct prohibited under federal law----or something else.
