Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia
My daughter was dismissed from her employer they called her a fat pig and said she dressed like a slob, also one lady at her work said the boss ask if she liked honey nuts she replied, yes then he said go get the honey because i have the nuts. What can I do?

Not much on these facts, I would think, particularly, in view of the fact that Virginia is what's called an employment at will jurisidiction.
