Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

A co-worker has hung a drawing of a person with their sexual organs and has written my name in the middle of the drawing. I am hesitant to confront my immediate manager because 1. he is the person who drew the picture. 2. Im afraid if I confront the store manager, there will be more harrasment to follow. The picture has been hanging for a while and the more I look at it the worse I feel. (by the way this is a all male workplace so that's why im writing this E-mail. Where do I go from here?

The scenario which you have described would appear to have all the facts on its face necessary to bring an action in federal court against the employer(assuming they are aware or should be aware of this situation) as well as your immediate supervisor for sexual harassment and the creation of a hostile work environment.
