dismissed from radiology school for alleged sexual harrasment

dismissed drom radiology school for alleged sexual harrasment, iam innocent do I have any recourse? appeal was denied, they said the matter was final and no other investigation would be done, please help

Assuming that you were a student or even an employee working at this (presumably)private school institution without the protection of a contract or collective bargaining type agreement, the answer must be no, you have no viable recourse and are essentially without remedy.
