Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

email pictures be minor

My 16y/o son supposedly emailed a pornographic picture(woman's vagina) to a 16y/o female classmate. Instead of apologizing when confronted by the parent, he made up some excuse to anger the parent. Now there are investigators at his school to question him. Could anyone tell me the legal ramifications of this ''e-mailing photos'' Thank You

Re: email pictures be minor

The legal ramifications of this incident are likely not worth your losing any significant snooze over.(Nevertheless, that in no way implies that your son may not be in need of some serious counseling.)
