Employers obligation to report sexual harrassment to police?
When a company recieves a complaint/report concerning another employee sexually harrassing and even using his nude genetalia to touch a females face while on the job, is it the obligation of that company to report such incidents to police?

The obligation, if there is one, would only apply to a situation where a crime had been committed.
(What you have described might, conceivably, qualify as an asssault and battery.)
There might also be other charges appropriate to this situation such as committing lewd and lascivious conduct in a public place.
