When a fellow employee has reported that an incident took place that caused them to feel uncomfortable, what rights does the other party have if the circumstances involve discussing clinical concerns of a client�s sexual behavior?

I am a social worker working with chronically homeless individuals with various disabling conditions in a supportive housing program.
