Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

I filed a complaint

against my F&B manager with the appropriate person within my company. With in 2 days of my doing this the person with whom I had complained about was told that I had filed this complaint by the superior that I had told. At that point all of a sudden I was bveing accused by this person of sexually harassing him. All in all I was almost terminated over this and was made to sign some papers. This person made my life for the next several weeks a living hell by demanding outrageous detail to my already workload.And was mentally trying to undermine my relationship with other staff by influxing other elements into this situation even going as far as saying that I called a few of my own employees The N word. I basically have been really screwed up over al;l this and feel that my employer should have never told this individual it was me and allowed hgim to supervise me?? He has isnce left the job due to other reasons.... but is there anything I could have or should do??
