Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Virginia

ive been fired without reason

ive been fired and given no reason, along with another employee. months ago we complained about pornografic material on our bosses computer. when i walk in the room to give him messages he doesnt take it off his screen. the other girl and i complained to our office manager, she didnt believe us, so we showed her. she said she would do something about it but didnt. then we complained many times to another doctor in the office. he said things were going to change with new management, but didnt. this pornography has prevented me from doing my job well because i dont want to be in his office. do i have a case for sexual harrassment?

You may have a valid claim that your employer

violated federal law against sexual harassment by allowing a hostile work environment to be created

and maintained through the depiction of pornographic materials in areas of the work environment which you were required to visit or be in in order to perform your job.
